If you have changed your IronKey's file system to be NTFS, you may need to change it back to FAT32 before updating your device. If your IronKey build is prior to v.1.1.15.31, you will be required to follow the steps below in order to update. Please note these devices will require two updates. The first update will bring the device to build v.1.1.15.31, and then you will need to update your device again to bring it to the latest build. This is due to major firmware changes that do not allow older devices to update directly to the latest build.

*IronKey builds v.1.1.15.31 and newer will update directly to the latest version and do NOT require you to change the Secure Files volume to FAT32.
