The password I backed up to my Online Account does not unlock my IronKey.

Online Account password backup is not mandatory; therefore, it is possible to change your device password and not back it up to your Online Account.  If the device password displayed at does not unlock your device, it is possible that the password displayed is not your current device password.  It is also possible that you have selected the wrong device (if you have multiple devices).
