I created another Admin, but every time they attempt to login to the Admin Console they receive a message stating that the device is awaiting approval?

Adding any type of Admin to your Enterprise account requires a second level of approval by an existing System Admin.

  1. Insert and unlock a System Admin device.
  2. Click on 'Admin Tools' within the IronKey Control Panel.
  3. Select 'Admin Approval'.
  4. Click 'Check for new Admins'.
  5. Check the box next to the Admin(s) you wish to approve.
  6. Click 'Approve Selected Admins'.

 The new Admin will now have access to the Admin Console and Admin Tools based on the privileges available to the admin's Role.

*Note: Any approved System Admin can approve additional admins on an IronKey Enterprise Management account.
