Ready Boost is a feature of Windows that uses the flash memory from your device as RAM for the computer. We recommend that you delete the "readyboost.sfcache" file from the root of your IronKey device, and then disable the Ready Boost feature to avoid problems:

  1. Open "Computer", right-click "IronKey Secure Files", and then click "Properties".
  2. Under "Ready Boost", select "Do not use this device".
